A 2,800-sqft Tenant finish out project for Chin Chin. Chinese vernacular materials, artifacts, and colors are used to evoke a Chinese old world feeling. New Space Design is highly active in Asian community’s  tenant finish out market. New Space Design does about 50 restaurant designs all over Southeast per year.
